Gold just broke another record $1440 per ounce and acting really strong. We are getting it done at Lamaque with production numbers that keep increasing. Based on those 2 strong fundamentals, anyone wishing to buy us out should be in a hurry to do so because in even 3 months, this company could look so much stronger. The longer we get any attempted take over to take, the more we should look good. Trading this morning again very strong, no one really selling into the bid except when we took down the 69 cent wall.

These are good days to be a CMM shareholder, our patience is STARTING to be rewarded. Any offer below $1.00, even as a starting offer/feel out offer should be ridiculed IMO. $1.20 should be a minimum that this thing goes for with everything going our way recently.

I am sure the big boys are not liking the timing of this spike in gold prices!
