Ever since Finskiy and Scola disposed of the shares, many of us have been trying to figure out why, and where they ended up. I have still not come up with a logical solution, but I will throw this out for discussion.

What if it is not a takeover but a merger with WTG.

What if CMM does a reverse stock split say a 4 to 1. This would give us approx the same amount of shares outstanding as WTG.

I do not believe Finskiy or Scola would be able to use their shares in a vote, correct me if I'm wrong.

Is this why these shares were disposed of so someone else would be able to vote them??

If this were true, then I would then have to believe they have their ducks lined up as well as enough other votes to make this happen.

Mr Major stays with the new company sort of a payback as he didn't make much while he was with Ecometals. The rest of the team would probably be let go.

They then get their new board of directors as well as the TSX listing, and there off to the races so to speak.
