I agree Goldbandit! Why give away the whole operation for less than $300M?

1:3 is the absolute lowest I would consider = $1.50 per share. That equates to roughly $590M m/c.

Still don't know how Lakeshore gold is sitting at $4 and we can't get to a buck?
