Good point. But to PC's point, if and when the sale begins the true value should come out in the wash.
I'd take 1.25 cash over 1.50 White Tiger paper all day long. I'm sure most would. Either that or I've overestimated CMM's shareholders. Hopefully CMM's Board would make the appropriate recommendations to guide their shareholders.
If anything goes down as far as an offer, it will make headline news in the business and mining community.
Worst case scenario if there IS an offer is White Tiger paper and they never increase their offer and nobody else comes to the table. Then shareholder turn down offer and are stuck with shares in a gold producer in Quebec. Not bad.
I would hope that it's common knowledge White Tiger paper isn't really properly valued right now. It took me under 60 seconds to make that assessment by looking at their chart.
