Just a little history:

When HRG went through this crap with Serverstal, the stock jump to 18c at the 18c offer, 22 c with the 22c offer, 30c with the 30c offer.... one day after the "FINAL OFFER" of 30c fails the HRG stock price jumps up 10% to 33 c....within a month it was 25% higher, by christmas that year (5 mo later) it was up in t he 60's.
