I only compared the price averages to come up with the 7 for 1.

I believe Finskiy got control of WTG for approx 85 million shares @.27each.

Then there was the non brokered offering of 24,830,210 at 1.00 each.

They have a total of 114 million shares outstanding. Not sure who owns the other roughly 5 million shares.

So its pretty clear the company is certainly not worth 4.50 per share.

So what the actual offer is.......we will have to wait and see.
