There is a Jr. gold miner looking to bulk up or buy some mill capacity that has a greedy glint in their eye. That greed will clarify this deal! If anyone here is right that CMM is worth more than a dollar a share then why would someone not take a run at this with an all cash offer? The break up fee is a scam at 13.5 million....but it is really only 3.5 cents a share.

I still believe we will see an counter offer just north of a dollar although I doubt we'll see it till this finds it's range. Late this week would be about right.
