Organizing to thwart a takeover requires four basic things to be successfull.

Time- it is a task that can eat up a lot of time and energy.

money- you need to hire a good lawyer and have cash to run some advertising. you also need a website and twitter/facebook account. They are cheap but you need some-one to man them. Are you willing to pay some in order to get more?

Clout- you need a person everyone can rally around even if you don't completly agree with everything being done.

solidarity- that is the toughest one! everyone talks big.....will they stand behind the leader?

Two of these, the leader must bring to the table.....the other two we need to bring. If every shareholder would pay 1/2 cent per share they own as well as sign over their proxy then you would have a decent start to two of the problems. Do the math and ask yourself if your "in"

Not long ago someone posted several large shareholders and their assumed holdings. One of these would be the best to back.
