Finskiy's strategy is so sly I would almost admire him for it. Anyone can do it. You start your own company, own 95% of the shares and then request a public listing. The next thing you do is buy a couple more shares to send the share price skyhigh and then you take over another company at a ratio that is directly linked to your own company's share price.
Then you hope that others will start selling your company's share or shorting. if not, then you ask some friends to help. Of course you cannot sell shares of your own company, because that could be seen as fraud.
In short, I think we are victims here and no one knows where this will end, but even if we would get the WTG shares against a CMM share price of $1.50, then all CMM shareholders would be selling their newly acquired WTG shares straight away. It will be mothers & children first...
