I couldn't believe he answered my question as March, as I'm sure I heard earlier they had received the first part of the emergency loan in Feb.

The question on the break up fee was more reading of the news release nothing as to why we had to pay the break up fee.

I went back to follow up these two answers and lo and behold the call was ended.
