I can't believe that first question - technically there is a possibility that CMM is given away for free. How the heck can a major shareholder of CMM agree to this? This is like selling your car to an owner agreeing that the car will be sold next year at 100 times the price of a crate of apples, while knowing that the buyer owns 90% of all the apple trees in the village.

This is completely ridiculous and it creates so much uncertainty that I would reason that such a deal cannot possibly be legal.
