I completely agree with you Positive Carry. CMM is overpaying 125% (or more) for WTG. That means the offer needs to be increased to 1:1 minimum.

I think someone mentioned that the first batch of locked up WTG shares will come on the market in April or May (just before the vote). Anyone have contact info for White Tiger IR?
