Thanks for the reply...Do you mind me asking why you would buy it at over a buck? Just trying to understand why people think that this company is worth so much..I've been hearing all these people complaining that cmm is undervalued but I'm trying to understand why? Just by looking at the NRs over the last year I'd say that it's right where it should be..It hasn't lived up to any expections or production numbers, keeps needing money, BoD and management tell their shareholders nothing, they're broke right now and stupid enough to sign a deal that pays out 13.5 million if they back out..

So what happens if a deal doesn't go through with the russians..Most of you are expecting some comapny to come in and pay a nice premium for cmm..$1.00 plus...Sorry but I highly doubt it..IF there's anyone else interested they are going to wait for the fire sale cause it's coming...They're not only broke but in debt and the buyer would have to deal with ruthless russians..

Before some of you go foaming at the mouth, take a step back and ask yourself what will happen if this deal doesn't go through and there's no other bids that come in. It's a valid question
