The market is reacting to the value proposed by the merge.
WTG wants us to accept .4 of what we would essentially command at fair price with positive promotion rather than doom and gloom fabrications.
Seriously is there anyone that is going to scramble to purchase shares a small open pit experiment in Siberia for anything over 50 cents??
Is having Max at the helm that much of a boost in the arm?
If so why hasn't Century taken off with his involvement?
There seems to be confusion about the 5% of dissident shareholders rights.
The spirit of the legislation is to protect the little guys. "Minority shareholders" Players holding less than 5% of the shares are classified as minority shareholders.
A minimum of 5% of total shares need to band together.
So if 10 investors each hold under 5%, but collectively they represent over 5% they could band together and force management to call a special meeting.
Items can be put on the table for the majority to weigh in and vote on.
What would we change first?
