It's far better to be prepared then the opposite of that. Many of us shareholders did not see this merger coming yet alone the negative pr released for the operational and financial update for lamaque mine. Many things do not add up. Everyone knows already what im referring to. Mainly that Bod and management have yet to work for the interest of the minority shareholders who actually make up a large percentage that can veto this merger. For you to ask me not to not jump ahead of myself quite frankly is asking me not to be prepared for the worse outcome. Do you truly believe that is fair when a big portion of my financial livelyhood is at stake? I feel obligated to myself, my family and all other shareholders of cmm to get out all the information possible and let them know which avenues one "could" take in the event of worse case scenario. I'm sorry but i'm just not going to sit tight, cross my fingers and "hope" that Daniel J, Major will all of a sudden play fair game. I will prepare myself ahead of time for all case scenarios and will remain open minded to a counter offer.

As to information of wtg we are yet to get anything from them. Wtg info should have been in place long before this takeover. Do you not think one month prior to voting that a quick sum up or website given by wtg is not going to be a sham? Im prepared for the best case scenario and will definately prepare myself for the worse.

In conclusion Sudbury i "will" remain open minded to counter offers. We all know how deals work. We have the goods and they have the money. They want the goods they must pay the money. You give an offer and we reject. You give another offer and we may except. You give a final offer and we all walk away with hopefully half a smile. The difference here is we are playing with a big russian billionaire who has a poor track record in negotiations and takeover bids. Please do not expect me to not be prepared. Just MHO. This post was not intended to offend sudbury or anyone else. I have my rights and im very grateful we have such a website such as agoracom,stockigloo etc were we can voice our opinions. I dont wish to upset anyone, but ihope you can respect my views.
