Thanks Glen for clearing that up.

I think we are all on the same page. discussions such as this bring out thoughts and make us all a little more informed. I learn so much each day and in each new deal. Much of that knowledge comes from challenging one another to think out of the box and to see more than one perspective.

I very much appreciate the input from people such as yourself and SN.

Let's think with our heads and not emotions. This is about making money and a good deal will make money for everyone......including (I hope) WTG.

After all......their eventual success is good for the market and good for the next deal. Let's not be to virulent towards our suitor so we are all able to save face and talk as ladies and gentlemen at a future negotiation table.
