Approximately 28,984,000 shares traded since march 8 wich is about 6.15% of toal shares fully diluted or 7.11% of issued outstanding .
It is a lot of share in this short while but hardly extreme . A lot of shareholder beside us are holding on to their shares , even though Finsky might hold something like 35% if i remember correctly , please correct me if i'm wrong , it would still mean about 5% of shareholder have not moved following the bad explained news about the crusher brake down and the following WTG TO announcement .
I think a lot of people still believe there's value here even though the recent progressive depreciation after the TO announcement obviously indicate a negative reaction from the market .
This battle's not over yet in my view , dissent about the TO is growing and not everyone will run scare . The price depreciation also coincided with the events in Japan wich probably contributed to the overall fears about CMM while gold also went down .
I don't think the price has settle , i think it's oversold imo .
Still a lot of time ahead , much can happen till then , i won't get scared away from making a decent return on this investment . The Lamaque project is good and promising and the Peru mine is also good , so there's good value in this company poorly managed and acquainted .
If Murphy's law is to apply with this deal , i'll try to figure out how to turn the remains into something good in the future , but i won't have the remorse of having walked away before seeing this thing through out of fears , especialy if it turns around in the 25 th hours and turn into something good .
If WTG is running a scam here they're running the risk of being delisted , i figure they have more then their investment in CMM to lose in such a game . There's got a be something we're missing here .
I do not overestimate the rightousness of the SEC either in Canada or the States but i believe this situation must have caught their attention somehow and WTG's owners are surely aware of that , i think they know they have to tread carefuly in order to avoid being investigated , so i think our perspective should improve in the coming weeks , i maybe naive but that's my perception of the present situation .
Like so many others i suggest patience and cool heads should prevail over the coming weeks .
