Ok I own some CMM and have OFF and ON for just over a year now.

Im at a point where Ive had enough, and my latest buy at 62 cents is turning into a loss right now, and I'm at my wits end. Finsky is an a$$ for trying to steal this company, CMM is giving us nothing! The conference call I listened to was absolute horse turds! This is turning into a BIG JOKE and the SP keeps falling and falling.

I'm not here to bash the stock, cuz God knows Id love to see it hit 62 cents and Id break even on my latest buy and sell cuz this is too much, but I think we'll see 35-40 cents before we see 55-60 cents again. This is probably all setup so that WTG looks like the garbage man in white knight (no offence to sanitation workers, sorry to compare hard working people to trash like WTG).

Someone please tell me why I should stick around and vote NO and see this thing drag on even more and hold paper for another 6 months at this crappy trading range! I'm so fed up, good job KGB WTG Finsky and Major for scamming the small shareholder, I thought there was laws and rules and regulations in this country, but I feel like we live in the Soviet Union and whatever they say goes, us small time shareholders have no influence and thats REALLY sad, cuz this company in the right hands is a gem, and in the wrong hands its trash as you are seeing.

Can anyone tell me why I should hold this? Aside from the obvious - TO VOTE NO, and dont tell me that blue sky is around the corner, and things will be better and there is gold in the ground, cuz Ive heard all that and were sitting in the 40 cents range, and this whole slide started cuz of a cone crusher failure???? Gimme a break
