after reading some of the info on Sedar today, any new merger pretty much has to come in blind. They are not allowed to disclose info to any outside parties.

not impossible, but I'd say it's pretty unlikely unless another company is very familiar with the goings on at CMM already. That's not to say I'm not hoping though!

It seems like WTG pretty much handcuffed CMM to this deal.
