Why do you feel a need to separate out the questions and send them to the regulators, rather than direct the regulators to the archived conference call at the CMM site? Just provide a link to the archived call, and indicate at what times the various questions begin.

Furthermore, sending these separate audio files could suggest to the regulators that you are cutting audio segments out of context and that would obviously not help your case.

In any case, I salute you for being willing to do all this work.

However, to be honest, I doubt the regulators will care too much about a conference call in any case. Even if there are contradictions with it and Sedar filings, these can always be put down to the verbal gaffes and slip ups that always inevitably arise in oral presentations.
