Where was the board of directors putting forth their demand notice to Finisky/Kirkland to exericise the $15M worth of warrants back in Feb, 2011..or hell..even as far back as Sept 2010 when they were doing all kinds of private placements?

I guess that's why FS resigned...... must have felt guilty about all of this...... unbelievable timing on the resignation, too...... what a coincidence........ I presume it makes this all legit now....
