Can CMM go it alone?.....sure! But you have to understand that our sp will drop below .35 and you will be doing a pp at .30 with no guarranttee that anyone is going to pick it up, (I wouldn't). You will have an immediate financing crisis and in all likelyhood a management crisis as well.
If CMM goes to 35 cents then we're actually better off than going through with the deal as it stands now. At 30 cents I would participate in a PP. I would also add that CMM is having an extreme management crisis right now. This management team is not looking out for ALL shareholders so I can't see how the current management crisis could be any worse.
There would be bumps in the road but dumping the entire BOD and CEO in my mind is the best solution. Obviously, not easily done. However, if someone comes up with a reasonable compromise I could be swayed.
We need to remember that even this management team has stated CMM will do 70,000 ounces this year and that is not a small bit of change.
At the end of the day if CMM shareholders are going to get screwed then I would prefer to get screwed by a third party. That way the entire BOD, CEO and MF himself would have to bend over, too.
