I know it's only a hypothesis, but just for the record - I think what concerns most shareholders is that we have no insight into the real value of WTG. There is hardly any information available. I would even reject a 1:1 offer, unless WTG can convince me that there is real value in that company. I know WTG will in the end seek for more foreign capital, meaning that they would have to increase their free float - just like what is happening with Polyus Gold now that they are looking for an AIM listing.
I honestly think Finskiy and Prokhorov have serious amibitions to create a successful and sizeable mining company, but with the current lack of transparency there is no way I will vote yes and many shareholders are with me, I am sure.
