I have at least 5 other stock plays with good upside potential (maybe not as much as CMM but still....) I could easily invest in those companies and not give damn what happens to CMM. Get out, invest my $ where honest hard-working folk are running the company instead of ???.

I have a couple of the reasons right off the top of my head. First, I believe CMM is sitting near the bottom right now. If it goes lower it's because the deal fails and there is a short burst of uncertainty, at which time I will be buying in a big way. The second reason is that I want to make sure that all my shares are voted against this sham of a deal in the event the deal is not sweetened.
