Fredericton, it looks like that WTG has one Canadian on its BoD. How about that!? Perhaps Mr Ramachandran will advise Mr Finskiy about the concept of "fairness", compliance with Canadian laws, the OSC, BCSC, the rights of minority shareholders, conflict of interest, openness, transparency, etc., etc.
