Paliman, I agree no one could control the float at that time. What I was guessing is that is what the share price might settle at after the rush to sell. If it isn't gapped down. My understanding and correct me if i'm wrong is that if you dissent your shares you have to hand them over and lose control of them and you don't get to vote as well even if the deal doesn't go through you won't get you shares back but only the cash of which some judges decides on. As I recall we need 5 % dissent votes or about 20,000,000 shares. There is a group with 45,000,000 shares that could do this alone with out giving up all their shares. Anyways just more brain droppings. I will vote no unless a better deal comes along.
