This is my perception roughly on the total CMM Price!!!!!!!!!!
Please correct me if I am wrong, which I hope I am!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming $2.00 WTG @ 125,000,000 shares = $250,000,000 market cap.
Assuming $0.50 CMM @ 407,000,000 shares = $203,500,000 market cap.

CMM (203,500,000) x 61% of new company = $124,135,000 market cap
WTG (250,000,000) x 39% of new company = $ 97,000,000 market cap

$221,635,000 market cap

CMM 407,000,000 shares x 61% = 248,270,000 shares
WTG 97,000,000 shares x 39 % = 37,830,000 shares

286,100,000 total new shares

Therefore 221,635,000 New Market Cap / 286,100,000 = $0.775 / New WTG share

$0.775 x 0.4 = 31 cents for every CMM share!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
