It is best to file complaints individually as well as collectively (as long as the message is the same or similar). This way the regulators will know the magnitude of the problem they have to investigate. After all, they are on our "payroll", since we are all taxpayers.
What are some of the issues for the complaint:
- conflcts of interest (e.g. both CMM & WTG boards are under the control of Finskiy)
- deceptive practices (lies) on the part of Daniel Major (e.g. timing of disclosures to suppress shareprice; misleading statements during CC)
- unfair valuation of both companies (based on their assets & earnings)
- the manipulation and "restructuring" both companies boards by Finskiy, so that he can have absolute control;
- non-compliance with Canadian regulations/laws for minimum Canadian content on both companies boards.
- Possible conspiracy to defraud minority shareholders of fair value.
That's more than enough to scuttle the pending theft of our shares.
