The Minster of Natural Resources in Quebec is the Honourable Nathalie Normandeau

She has the responsibility for one of the best mining districts in the world. A very gracious and respectfull plea to the Ministers office by many concerned shareholders would definitely create activity in the offices of the regulators.

I would echo that for the province of Ontario in the form of a letter campaign to the Honourable Micheal Gravelle. Be factual, courteous and concise!
