Yes, it's extremely difficut to "prove fraud, price manipulation or breach of fiduciary duty with the evidence we have"... but this is insider trading we're talking about. Much easier to prove. HOWEVER, the OSC here is almost as useless as the SEC in the US. So, I'm not getting my hopes up... worth a try for you guys though.

OSC and SEC are not organizations that uphold justice... they are there to employ the parasites of this world.
