Balduci- The statement would not have been included in 2009 report as while it was late their financial position was much better and they did not have a Working Capital defecit and their continuance as a going concern was not in question at that time eg. no major breakdowns etc.
JMHO after reading Financial Statements etc for almost 35yrs.
