I think the 80mn shares currently expressing displeasure with the deal are in an exhaustion phase. Everyone knows CMM is worth more, but most are tapped out, not wanting to press their bets into a bad deal. My view is that to a new shareholder, $0.44 per share is very compelling as shares should go up with either outcome. Before we knew about the latest warrant exercise from last week, I would not have said that, as the downside scenario was a further dilutive cash call and/or more bad news from the Finskiy camp.
