Did you not happen to notice that HRT and UNX announced their deal about a month earlier than CMM and WTG did?

It took until about 2 months after the HRT / UNX announcement for those independent proxy firms you mentioned to voice an opinion. It's only been a month since CMM / WTG announced their planned merger.

I think there is a good chance some proxy firm will comment on the CMM / WTG deal, but you have to give them time. And it probably won't happen until AFTER the disclosure package is out.
