The press release that talks about the crusher failure and a few other things show that CMM is hurting for cash..If not now, then they will be if they have to pay that ridiculous 18 mil "break up" fee..Signing the agreement (and all the negative NRs) with that break term was a HUGE sign that the BoD wants this slimmy deal..Seriously..who signs an agreement with terms like that??? Any sane person would have thrown that proposal right back across the table and said "are you nuts???..Make the break fee resonable and we'll talk..until then, beat it"..
