Great letter. It should be quite evident to both BOD's that there is a gathering storm, hopefully the perfect storm to sink this deal. Investment firms are now starting to say what us retailers have been saying. This bodes very well for the cause. As for the revised agreement, .4 is still .4 no matter how you cut it...
