I doubt someone with 10,000 shares would go through the trouble of issuing a news release which btw, was picked up immediately by almost every news agency. This release had better coverage than the one put out by the Shareholder committee (though I am glad it was referenced in this latest PR).

Also.... CMM issues yet another B.S. PR SAME DAY AS A SHAREHOLDER COMPLAINT PR.... coincidence???!!
