I agree Patrick. My "No" vote was certainly not solicited! I examined the facts, and they say to me that this arrangement is a rotten deal for me. The fact that there is no information available about the reasoning from the CMM board for accepting the arrangement is not the Committee's fault.

I believe that there will be no information in the circular (if we ever get it!) that will sway my vote, because if they had something good to say they would have done so by now, either in one of the conference calls or by getting the circular out in a timely fashion. If they really had good reasons for thinking that the arrangement was good for the shareholders, that information would have been available immediately from the special committee of the BOD who unanimously approved the deal. IMO they have needed all of this extra time to try to spin information to somehow try to make this deal palatable, but, buddy, that ain't happening!!
