It seems that this last news release only demonstrates one thing right now, the BoD is trying to save face and save their reputations/careers, around with Max trying to keep doors open for him here in Canada. If we continue to fight this guy he will have absolutely no way to continue doing business here and people will be aware of his shenanigans. Just by seeing the tone of the lawyers letter shows the desperation on their side, it is a sign of weakness and frustration, take it as nothing more than that.
