I think he's referring to the fact that the link you've provided happens to provide no information other than name, address and phone number.

I'm not saying this is a sketchy firm, but the lack of any information on a website for example sure makes it look like it is. What kind of company in the year 2011 doesn't have a comprehensive website? Not even an email address??

For me, this just adds another unecessary layer of communication to create a buffer between shareholders and management.

I entered #5664 for Longo and recived another automated message, asking me to leave a message.
