I used to frequent a nice pub ("Orwell's") nearby at 3373 Bloor Street West. Still do from time to time, when I am visiting Toronto. In fact, I might be by there later next week.

I'm not vouching for what 3044 Bloor Street West is, but I do know that there has been a fair bit of construction in the area. Some new towers and condos. So it could be that it has been redeveloped since the Google earth pic.

On the other hand, if one just Googles "3304 Bloor Street West Toronto", one can find a number of businesses listed there with different Suite numbers.

Here is my guess. The Suite number is just UPS-speak for a mail box number or its equivalent at The UPS Store.
