What I think is up is that the market is discounting the completion of the "business arrangement". As per this latest NR, this deal is under scrutiny and with the facts falling as they do, the odds are increasing that CMM will break clear of this phony deal. As this progresses, the SP should move more and more towards the underlying value, notwithstanding that their are many hurdles ahead.

Anway, that is IMHO. As they say, you can fool all of the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but never all of the people all of the time.
