Junior explorers with zero proven resources, bad governments and obviously no producing mine are able to millions of dollars, seemingly with no problem. SFF for example.
I don't think this is a cash flow problem. It's a management problem. These guys have their foot in the door and they are trying to bust their way in to rob the joint.
The question is, what is the return on investment in CMM?
70k as predicted on their corp presentation for 2011 ounces is $104M in sales. I'm sure recovery rates won't be optimal but they will improve.
I agree that CMM may not be worth $2-3 per share but it's easily worth $1+ for someone with access to cash.
My point is, money is available....and I feel that these guys are still trying to get in on the cheap.
Well, of course they are!
