Unless you know something or you're part of Finskiy's crew, you'd be an absolute idiot to buy up so much of WTG right now. So I conclude that the dude buying at Pope must have good reason to buy.

An alternative theory is that Finskiy is using Pope to manipulate share price. This is highly unlikely. The way in which Pope is buying right now signals true accumulation. Pope is patiently buying rather than pumping or dumping the stock, which is really easy to do in this thinly traded market. So manipulation is not a likely scenario.
