Not much to this release. There is a delay of a few weeks - On the face of it, the WTG:CMM proposed combination still doesn't have the necessary documents together. It looks like a delay on Micon's part, rather than Micon delivering their report, and it being unacceptable to the TSX.

One might ask if their is another reason why CMM wouldn't want to release the NI 43-101 reports for San Juan and Lamaque to the TSX - say before the AGM? However, I don't think disclosure of these documents to the TSX means that they have to be publicly released.

I note that they're not touting the business combination as per 24 May release.

They are still calling us 'disinterested' shareholders. I would suggest that we are anything but disinterested - we're VERY INTERESTED in shutting down this mockery to minority shareholders, the TSX, the TSX Venture Exchange, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Investment Canada Act and the freedom of our glorious democracy.
