It's really too bad that you don't post any credible evidence as to how the WTG takeover of CMM is going to be beneficial to current shareholders. The key word is beneficial.

Your posts offer nothing of substance and fail to recognize the significant loss of ownership CMM shareholders will suffer in exchange for a vague statement of access to capital. I might add that this access to capital will NOT BE FREE and CMM shareholders can look forward to more dilution as this capital is poured into CMM.

CMM will be much better off by themselves and will do just fine with a new slate of directors and management, in my humble opinion.
