I contacted computershare last week on behalf of those who have not received their proxy materials and asked how one could obtain their control number to vote online. Here is the reply I got today:

Please note that the Control number may be obtained by calling our National Customer Contact Center at the number provided below. The shareholder should contact us with the following information:

• The Company Name
• Complete Registration
• Address on Record

Please note that due to Computershare Privacy and Security measures, we are unable to provide a control number via email. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please contact our National Customer Contact Centre at 1-800-564-6253 between 8:30am and 8:00pm EST and one of our agents will be pleased to assist you with your inquiry.

So if you havent received your materials call the number above and then vote online. The deadline to vote is 9AM EST Friday …less than 48 hours from now. I wouldn't bother contacting your broker.
