I think that the Class Action Lawsuit ideas floating around are the result of the CSC not saying anything. Who knows WTF is going on? Is Fair For All still in?

I don't believe that a lawsuit is going to be cheap but it should be available for an option. At the end of the day I would like to see two things happen;

1. The CSC becomes a little more transparent to the group that is helping to fund them
2. There is an effort to get the CSC more cash so all the options on the table can be executed if needed.
