I'm no expert, but thought it worth mentioning that corporations may be incorporated under federal law or under provincial law. So jursidiction would be with the province of incorporation, unless of course they are federally incorporated. I'm not sure about either CMM or WTG as to this jurisdiction. So letters may need to go elsewhere. And thank you for all your efforts.
