Here is the reason for sending this guys. Relic of Stockigloo has determined that the alleged violations stated in the latest Stockigloo issued press release content should be sent to Corporations Canada:
"It has come to my attention that the OSC, BCSC, TSX and the TSX-V do not rule on corporate law violations only securities law violations. The violation of the CBCA and the shareholders agreement falls under corporate law. Plans of Arrangement statutes also fall under corporate law."
I attached a copy of the Newswire press release issued by Stockigloo as per the link below to my letter of complaint http://www.marketwire.com/pres.....537178.htm
I sent the letter of complaint, as below, together with a *.doc of the press release to the following link at Industry Canada (Corporations Canada): http://www.ic.gc.ca/eic/site/c.....02885.html
To whom it may concern,
Please find attached a press release setting forth alleged violations in relation
to the section 105(3) of the CBCA and the Century Mining Corporation's own
Shareholder's Agreement. All of the information is set forth in the attached
press release. It is my expectation that based on these violations, Corporations
Canada will deny the required approval for the plan of arrangement between
the two above-stated companies.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter,
Yours Sincerely,
END
