The MIC is not out yet.

According to Rich Meschke the circular needs to be received about 3 weeks prior to the meeting which would require shipping the document out about 25 days prior to the meeting. He told me that they were getting "very close" and thought it would be out shortly. He did say that the meeting date might have to get pushed back a little bit.
